Discovering brilliance across Columbus neighborhoods
Step into the Discovery Team and help make STEAM feel like home. As a See Brilliance volunteer, you’ll co-create hands-on stations, cheer on “aha!” moments, and mentor students as they design, build, code, and create— always through a culturally responsive lens. No teaching experience required; we provide quick training, clear roles (greeter, station lead, roaming coach, setup/ cleanup), and all materials. You’ll work alongside a joyful, mission-driven crew, connect with families, and see confidence grow in real time—from “I’m not a math person” to “look what I made!” Shifts are flexible (Discovery Nights, Saturday workshops, and special events), and every hour you give expands access, belonging, and pathways to real-world opportunities.
