Up The Lab
Belonging first:
Team-based leagues, mixed-role squads (players, analysts, casters, producers), and culturally responsive coaching ensure every student has a valued seat on the roster. (Supported by NASEF research on inclusive “safe spaces.”)
From play to pathways:
We tie gameplay to coding, game design, data dashboards, shoutcasting, and event production, mapping each role to real careers and micro-credentials.
Family engagement:
Parent briefings on healthy gaming, college esports, and scholarship navigation convert interest into concrete next steps (aligns with evidence that family engagement boosts STEM persistence).
Academic lift:
Practice plans integrate goal-setting, VOD review, and reflective check-ins that build the very attention and problem-solving skills associated with gains in class.
